Frequently asked questions
Does it really hold? It is printed plastic.
The parts are made of ASA, the material used for car bumpers: impact-resistant, heat-resistant and above all UV-resistant – which the PLA of free print files is not. The print orientation is set for each part so that the forces never pull two layers apart. If a part breaks in normal use, it is replaced.
Is the connection airtight?
Yes. The seal comes from closely fitted bearing surfaces, with no O-ring – so there is no wear part to buy again and nothing to lose when you take it off.
What if the adapter does not fit my machine?
Fit guaranteed or your money back for the models listed on the page. Machine not listed: write to contact@stronkhold3d.fr BEFORE you order, with a photo of your connector – we will identify it and tell you whether a part fits, even if the answer is no. Without that check there is no exchange and no fit guarantee: only the legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies, return at your expense. You can write to us in English, German or French.
How long does delivery take?
Parts are made to order in France and shipped within 48 hours (working days) of payment. Delivery then takes about 5 to 10 working days to Ireland and the rest of the EU, as a tracked La Poste parcel, with no customs formalities.
